Gregory Boock is an accomplished chef, consultant, and author of “Gourmet Pizzas: recipes from The Red Centre.” Melba’s is now excited to formerly welcome him onboard where he is overseeing the development of Melba’s Food Hall catering, entertaining, and day-to-day food and beverage offerings.

The Moroccan-inspired Chermoula salmon lends superbly with the sun-dried tomato risotto, and balances well with the refreshing watermelon and feta winter salad.
