Fresh fruit & vegetables are in abundance at Melba's Food Hall. Everyday we have an extensive range of fresh, quality produce on display. In fact, our focus is on ensuring we offer fresh produce and seasonal fruit at market prices on a daily basis. Look out for the 'bebe' branded range of vegetables - these help raise funds for The National Breast Cancer Foundation.

Delicatessen

Our deli is home to a wide range of both local and internationally made smallgoods, an extensive array of local and imported cheese as well as a great range of antipastos, olives and dips. And to ensure you meats and cheeses are as fresh as can be, we ‘cut on demand’. If you’re feeling peckish, try our fresh panini made from the quality ingredients within our deli cabinet.

The world is full of amazing foods, and our grocery range is where you can find many international food brands as well as many quality local ones too.

Beer & Wine

Over 100 different wines are on offer at Melba's Food Hall. Our wines have been carefully selected from some of the finest wineries in Australia, New Zealand and Italy. And when it comes to beer, we’ve sourced a great range from across the globe: Italy, Belgium, Germany, Argentina, Japan, Canada, New Zealand, Austria, Mexico, Laos, Malaysia and Costa Rica. Local beers are also available.

Organic & Gluten Free

We have an extensive range of certified organic foods on offer from fresh produce to meat, as well as a complete range of organic groceries. Our gluten-free food range is also extensive – we have a whole range of biscuits, snackfoods, pasta and confectionery.

Coffee

We are very proud of our association with Monte Coffee. And as such, this is the featured coffee sold and served right here at Melba’s Food Hall. Enjoy the aroma and taste of Monte Coffee at our open air coffee shop or simply take home and enjoy at your convenience. The complete range of Monte Coffee is also available for you to buy.

Dairy

Our dairy case has something for every taste. A complete range of milk, cream, cheese, yoghurt and ice cream is available. Our feature yogurt is ‘H4U’ and is available in 8 flavours and 3 pack sizes. Our ice cream range features the delicious Maggie Beer range, Switzerland’s premium ice cream brand Movenpick as well as the Everest range of gelati.

Bread

At Melba’s Food Hall, we provide daily fresh bread from many of Melbourne’s best bakehouses, such as Artisan Baker Daniel Di Chirico. Our bread range extends to many other bakehouses including Phillipa’s, Mr Pittas traditional Greek pita bread, Michelino’s turkish bread, Lebanese bread as well as the finest ciabatta loaf and rolls available. A great selection of gluten free bread is also on offer.

Nuts & Grains

Melba's Food Hall is the place to find the freshest tasting snacks including quality nuts, special mixes, confectionery, chocolate and dried fruits. To complete the healthy diet a vast range of grains are available hygienically packaged for your convenience.
